The ballrooms and public rooms combine history, art and architecture to craft an exhilarating entertainment experience.
Guests are able to tour The Mansion only during the first 45 minutes of the function at no additional cost.
Guided tours can be arranged for an additional fee depending on your head count.
If you wish to extend that period, there will be an additional charge.

Mansion chairs (black), tables and tableclothes for dining are complimentary for members. If you want something different, additional charges will be applied.
If you are using outside caterers, you must have two supervisors on duty, and use our waiters and bartenders, all with a 4 hour minimum, starting one hour before your event. Costs are: $25/bartender/hour; $20/server/hour; supervisors $100/hour.
Please note: reservations are secured with a one night non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. check-in is at 3 p.m. check-out is 11 a.m. there is a $100/night charge for early checkout and $100 for a late checkout. valet $30/car/night. Pets allowed with written permission, but you will be charged for any damage incurred during your occupancy.

The Big O Plus • $25,000/night: The extreme ultimate in exclusivity! Along with exclusive use of the entire Mansion including the Club Floor for twenty four (24) hours, plus this package offers 27 bedrooms (including the Penthouse), 11 special event rooms (for break-out meetings, dressing rooms, pre/post reception celebrations, private dining etc.) two business centers, two elevators, game room, Amnesia Room. check in and check out times are flexible and are based on our availability.
